That's why we grant our customers 30 days return policy .

Return conditions

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it. Before you send the goods back to us, we would like to ask you to read our return conditions.

Please understand that we can no longer take back items that are not in perfect condition or where the packaging is incomplete or damaged, or can only do so for a handling and/or processing fee.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and ask for your understanding of this policy.

30 day return period

The return period is 30 days (calendar days) after receipt of the goods. After the return period has expired, a return is no longer possible.


Unrestricted right of return

Return at the purchase price
100% of the purchase price will be credited per item

  • The purchase of the item is a maximum of 30 days back
  • The article was no Special order and/or custom made
  • The item is in the unopened original packaging
  • The item is unused and shows no signs of wear
  • All accessories included are included

The following additional conditions apply to clothing and shoes:

  • Original labels must not have been removed
  • Original packaging opened but undamaged
  • Clothes/shoes must not show any signs of wear
  • Hygiene items are excluded from the right of return
    (Underwear, bras, socks, swimwear, pacifiers, diapers, etc.).
    These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Conditional right of return

Return possible with deduction
10% deduction from the purchase price (maximum of the purchase price) per item
  • The purchase of the item is a maximum of 30 days back
  • The item was not a special order and/or custom-made item
  • Original packaging opened but undamaged
  • The item is unused and shows no signs of wear
  • All accessories included are included

The following additional conditions apply to clothing and shoes:

  • Original labels have been removed but are still present
  • Original packaging opened but undamaged
  • Clothes/shoes must not show any signs of wear
  • Hygiene items are excluded from the right of return
    (underwear, bras, socks, swimwear , pacifiers, diapers, Etc.).
    These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

No refund

A return is not possible in the following cases:

  • The purchase of the item is more than 30 days back
  • The item was a special order and/or custom-made item
  • Original packaging missing or damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Included accessories are missing or parts of them
  • Underwear, socks, bras, diapers and swimwear , pacifiers, diapers, Etc.
  • Food and drinks, etc.
  • Opened hygiene items (headphones, razors, toothbrushes, care products, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Seal broken on software/media (CD, DVD, cassettes, etc.)
  • Opened consumables (wet wipes, detergent, toner, filters, etc.)
  • Child and baby seats, baby items, baby toys, cuddly blankets, pacifiers, pedal tractors, model kits, craft sets, etc. (Exception: if in absolutely original packaging.)
  • Articles used for the preparation, storage or processing of drinks and/or food. (Exception: if in absolutely original packaging)

The following additional conditions apply to clothes and shoes:

  • Original labels not present

Processing fee, shipping costs, etc.

We do not charge a processing fee for returns.
Our postage costs for delivering the order to you and any fees (e.g. when purchasing on account) will not be refunded. If the order was delivered free of charge, any postage costs will be recalculated after deducting the items from the return and, if necessary, invoiced.

Return form

The return form must be filled out completely and enclosed with the return shipment. Returns without a return form or sender cannot be assigned. If a return cannot be assigned to the customer, it will be disposed of properly after 1 month or given to non-profit organizations free of charge.

If you ordered as a guest, put a copy of the invoice in the package and mark the items you are sending back.

Cost coverage

Any deduction is purely to cover costs so that it can be passed on to a new customer and the items can be checked, cleaned and re-introduced into the sales and shipping cycle by our team at special conditions.
